Problems

I seem to be having no end of problems with the boards since they have been re-done....I am now bombarded with emails telling me that people have replied to a thread I have participated in, even though I have that option turned off, it takes me about 10 attempts to post, because it keeps telling me I have to specify a thread, and if it doesn't do that, it asks me to set a subject feild, even though it's not a new thread. I have to constantly go back and click refresh, and I have emptied my cookies and temporary internet files god knows how many times. (Each time I do that, the boards still remember who I am, so where does it store that info if not in the cookies? Does it remember my IP address?). I'm wondering if there is some kind of bug with the boards now, 'cos it never happened before, and I'm sure I'm not the only one experiencing any probs. Help!

there are problems with the boards since we put them back. I blame vbulletin, no doubt they would blame us :-D

some of the problems can be helped by accessing these boards DIRECTLY from http://www.cbfmobile.com/boards/

for others, try going to your user cp, then user options once you have accessed the boards as above.

I'll try and have the boards sorted asap.

Andy, Ive bin having the same problems as you and like you its annoying! Ive bin bombarded with loadz of emails and ive turned the option to no! I hope it gets sorted soon!!!

Hmmm....I hope this doesn't turn into a 'moaning thread' where everyone moans to Ben about problems they are having.....I'm sorry if my message was interpreted that way. Maybe if we just post what problems we are having here in a positive and polite way, and the powers that be can sort them out as when. Lets keep things happy! :)
