i'm gettin rid of my old nokia3210! i just wanted to know if its possible tor estore everything back to normal, meaning the original operator logo(is what i really need restoring) and then if possible things like settings and ringtones? is any of this possible? thanx

RESTORE FACTORY SETTINGS

yes but u also need the pin number or sercurity number, not sure which one, to se that fuction.

u nd the secrity code, and its 12345 for all nokia's, unless uve changed it

There is a option in the phones menu, 'restore factory settings', its under settings ---> phone settings....it will ask you for 'security code' .
standard nokia code is 12345, unless you changed it, try that if it doesn't work, it means you prob changed it in past...

Just a point, this won't reset the operator logo and ringtones.

The best way to restore the original operator logo is to, order another one from here and make sure that you put in the WRONG network this ususally does the trick!

@ Andy, i thought if you do a full factory, it does reset everything, like ringtones and logo's, or is it just cos its 3210.?

(*This works for 3310 and 3330, not sure about other phone models)

on the main screen it works on mine

when i restored the factory settings on my 3310 it did take off all the ringtones and my logo, the games scores were reset aswell, is my phone one in a million or just fcuked up?

when you restore factory settings the ringtones are NOT removed!!!

NO... the only way to to change ringtones is to replace them with new!

standard nokia tones stay, have no idea on downloaded ones thou.
