writing java games

has anyone managed to write a java game or even a java application for a nokia if they have i would love to know how they did it because i want to write them but i am complety new to writing programs of any type!!!

I'm don't have a communicator sadly but there is a lot of usefull info and tools lurking about that site. Reckon I'm gonna have a hearty trawl through it later :D

Wap authoring tools, emulators, MIDP suites, SDKs for all my favourite handsets...too many to list!

:sad: I can't get em to run on Linux!

But I'm downloading em all onto the works PC nowto test.

Gonna have to swallow my pride and install a boot of Windows if these turn out to be a good as I think they will. :rolleyes:
