Chatroom = Banned

Why does the chat room say I'm banned? Is it because of we're only allowed in after 7pm? Or maybe my ISP (BT Broadband) has been banned?

Chances are, if you are on broadband, that the IP address of your server has been banned, as many people share the same server on BB

It says I am still banned from chat, I am presuming it is because of my IP address, if its right about the BB being a contributing factor then that is the reason I have been banned, if not why cant i get in???????
