some keypad buttons not right!

Hi,
I put my 3310 inside a phone holder and it appears to have done something to my keypad possibly has been too tight around it, the select, clear and arrows buttons are affected and I cannot get to anything as a result only phone book. The select button is ultra sensitive, the other 2 do not work and feel as if stuck a bit. Do I need a new keypad or is there anything else I can do??. Many thanks!.

If you tried taking out the facia buttons and refitting them with no luck then it sounds like the the blister contacts on the circuit board have been damaged.

I think that's just a level one technicians job so you should be able to drop it into your local highstreet Nokia Service Centre for a same day refit. (you'll find em in the yellow pages).

If you're a member of club Nokia I think they give you a phone to use in the meantime as well.
