Ringtones and logos that dont arrive

in the last week or so i have sent myself two ringtones and a logo, i have not received these on either occassion.
My phone is compatible, and i have used cbf on many occassions, any reason why it isnt working?
My aunt also has sent herself tones and not received them.

There was a wee glitch last week I think but t-mobiles up and running again now anyway...

I used the second number and the first gateway.

what does tmobile have to do with it? is that a gateway? if not then that isnt why i havent received anything as i am on o2

May b u shud try puttin a cuple of them through a diff gateway coz If they're all in gateway number 1 or summat they get jammed n don't arrive, that happened 2 me so I changed the gateway and got me logo straight away! :rolleyes:
