pin codes

can some1 plz help me with a lil problem,

1 of my friends has just got a new 3410 and she has lost the pice of paper with the pin code and the puk code on it, she wants 2 put the pin a a security code so it has 2 b entered wen turning on her phone but she doesnt know the original pin code so she cant change it

is there anyway she can find out wat the original pin code was and wat the puk code is

Take it to any guy who unlocks DCT3 fones.

Generally unlocking softwares can read out the fones security code.

If your mate has access to a datacable then the free software called Rolis will do this.

For the keyguard lock if the code was only 4 or 5 digits it's quite easy to scan through the numbers to find the code. You can't damage your fone by continiously re-entering keyguard codes.

May take a couple of hours but you will find the code.

Just move up one number each time...

0000
0001
0002...ect.

where do i enter those numbers, that might b obvious but just thought id check

is the fone requesting "security code"? unless she has changed it, it will be 12345.

if its simply the pin and/or puk number she wants, she can get it from customer services at the network shes on.

on my 3410 the default PIN is '5555'.im on O2
I dont know if its different on other networks

usally the deafult pins are

1234
1111
0000

WARNING: entering a wrong pin 3 times brings up PUK code

ENTERING A PUK WRONG 10 times knackers the sim


if u need your puk contact your operator. unless its T-mobile then it might be in the box

t-mobile default pin is 1210
