So what religion are you? whats it like in the religion do you celebrate different things/times etc enjoy !! :)

I abhore all religion.....no being or person deserved to be worshiped, any deity that needs worshiping has a serious ego problem!! We are our own people and we make our own descisions, and every step of our lives should be our own free will, without having to worry about pleasing a 'god'. And I am speaking from personal experience, having been a born again christian for several years once.

yup just like the Andmeister said, one of my mates used to be a mormon untill he was old enough to make his own decissions and see what life was really about, life is for living and you only get one, why waste it by not doing things because you fear the wrath of some god.

Yep we r our own ppl and some ppl decide to worship God whether it be because it makes them feel better 2 have sum 1 watching over them or any other reason. In sum countries u HAVE 2 support a certain religion, like Islam, I think u have 2 b a Muslim in countries like that....

Yeppers it is coz of my religion, coz we dont celebrate christmas n stuff we get prezzies then...but we dont have a spec time 2 get prezzies we jus give them and recieve them all year round! it's not so bad not celebrating normal stuff u guys do!

we were the same as u franbeec but we just stopped doin it! i neva used to mind not doin xmas and birthdays, but now we do em i enjoy doin it so much. not because of the presents tho, just because of the celebration or the atmosphere

wow you really do need to learn to let go sometimes, can't beat a good celebration, christ on a bike man I have a mini celebration if I make a decent cup of char, celebrating is the way forward don't like birthdays though. :p

actually i find the day i was born quite depressing and why the hell would i want to celebrate someone elses birth when ive never met the dude ! and his death or wotever the whole eatser things all about PLUS i hate chocolate....so yeaa

pfffft you've totally missed the point of celebrating by about as far as you possibly could have done, the actuall reason for the celebration is totally irrelevant its just an excuse to have a party with all your mates and get totally burst, now how that can be bad is kinda beyond my meager understanding. :p

Actualy i fink it is unique leisa has no religion but believes things from other religions and understands them not alot of people can do that and no one is the same therefore making her you me and everyone else on here UNIQUE

Anyone ever got an incling that organised religion is/was used to control mass population? That's what I believe. In ye olden days there wernt police driving ford escorts, so people believing they have to follow certain rules or face torture when they die would be a pretty effective way to keep the peace. These days religion is a choice, and perhaps that's why kids these days are so unruley :P

The only proof I have for what I believe is the way rulers have enforced religion in the past. Whole countries forced to follow certain beliefs by law, and many forceful adjustments to religion with new rulers/powers. Religions ability to answer ultimate questions for which there is no other explaination would acquire huge credibility. And I'm not saying there is no other truth in religion, I'm just saying that it was and still is, in some parts of the world, used to control people from acting upon their own free will.

And look at all the holy wars going on in the world - looks like someone went too far on convincing these people :P

I believe a guy woz instructing ppl on how ta build a false-worship temple so God made all the diff languages so they couldn't understand him and the religions were just made by ppl who spoke the same lang......then translaters spread the religion around....hhhmmmm....how did the first ever translater come about ne way???!!! If every 1 could only speak 1 language how could they teach sum 1 else how ta speak it?
