You can find out whether we received your text and sent your ringtone or logo in Session Status. To use it, do the following:

When presented with the checkbox to "Enable Session Tracking", click it. Read the information above and below the checkbox if it is your first time using the system.

If you do not use Session Tracking then there is no way our support volunteers can assist you efficiently if you run into difficulty.
