Don't see many mails like this, but this might be of use to you heidi in cleaning up some of the old stuff? not sure.

message: Firstly I mut say that you do provide a good service....that was untill the other day. I have used the ringtone and logo providers regulary and I am sorry to say i am dissapointed with what i receivd as a ringtone.. The first supposidly meant to have been the Jackson Five, 'Boogie Nights'. It was unrecognisable. I was dissapointed as that was 10 pence wasted. Then I sent for Michale Jackson 'Blood on the dance floor', which was miss titled as being 'murder on the dance floor'. I thouhgt this was a simple mistake, yet again it was not the tone i wanted, i was sent Sophie Ellis-Bextor 'Murder on the dance floor' which is completely different. I have also in the past had other ringtones that have been wrong, and have noticed some that are again miss titled. I thouhgt that you should be aware of this situation so not dissapoint any other users. I hope that this will be sorted as I do not like to spend money on ringtones and logos and do not get a satisfactory su!

oooooo :shock: When I listen 2 the normal ringtones 2 c what they sound like, the piano overlaps its self and it sounds all distorted n wrong, neva used ta be like that....:mad:

Might be useful Ben if u check out and test the actual tones the complains are about before posting

there is no Jackson Five - Boogie Nights in the CBF Tones

as for the titles , we can only fit so many words into it , so sometimes the full name of the tone doesnt appear

and yes the michael jackson was Named wrong by someone many years ago , but no one had spotted it
has now been deleted

Well Ben , best to test them out first to see if there really is a problem with a certain tone or not ... before posting its faulty :D

Besides, ppl like Bunny have like 21.83 post per day or wateva, 7.87 posts per day is pitifull compared 2 that!!!
