No Ringtone

Ive Tryed About 6 times now to get my ringtone and wasted 66p and i still have'nt got my ringtone!!!! :mad:

Did you read Ben and Heidi's FAQ threads on how to get your tone / logo?

You should enable session tracking to work out what's happening.

What mobile have you got on what network btw?

it was blazin squad we dreemin and my phone is a 3310!! i done the trackin thing each time and each time it sed it had sent it to my mob and it never!!!

Did you try both gateways? You can do that from the session status page.

Cbf offer two diferent systems to send out the tones and logos. So if one isn't working fir some raisin then the other will...

I just recieved that tone via gateway 2 instantly. My fones a 3410 (basically the same as yours) on t-mobile...
