Inverting The Screen
- without taking your phone apart -

What you will need: Rolis 4.7*, Hex Workshop (or preferred Hex editor), ***** 1.2, B-phreaks Logger & -tek-/faid monster & koci, A Flasher Cable/Kit, An M-bus compatible datacable, a Nokia DCT3 phone.
1. First make a backup of your phone 200000 - 400000
2. Make a copy of the backup
3. Open the backup copy in Hex Workshop.
4. Search for the following Hex String (without the spaces)....
7809 4388 0600
5. Change the Hex String '88' to 'C0' (0 = zero, not the letter O) so it looks like this
7809 43C0 0600
6. Save The File.
7. Open the file in ***** and calculate PPM & MCU Checksums
8. Flash the file back to the phone
9. Calculate the FAID with logger software

Btw, is there anyplace in England where you can buy tinted lcd's? I can only find American sellers and they seem to be trade only.

I'm still with my little 3410 at the mo. Hoping the screen is either the same as or not too far off the other 3xxx's :/

I'm looking for blue or purple in particular but anything would do! :p
