There say 62% of the UK Has 3G Video coverage. But isnt it mainly that coverage is in England around London and the West Midlands which are linked by video coverage on motorways.

They should have more coverage in Wales,Scotland and Northern Ireland

The thing with 3G is that it is popular in urban areas compared to rural areas and thus demand is higher in urban areas.
