You'll find something in Google for sure.

Nokia are in the habit of handing out their software for free generally. You can use the Nokia datasuite to transfer ringtones and all that I think.

Personally I just whip whatever I need off Kazaa. Oxygen2, Logomanager etc... :p

O2 only works with an mbus/fbus cable. I don't think it supports USB but then again it might! :D

Launch it and click on Tools>Options

You need to change the connection settings to suit what you've got.

Com is the serial port the cables pugged into. Likely enough it'll be 1 or two.

Just experiment until it connects really...

You certainly can! :D Just don't forget to scan everything which squeezes down onto your computer from Kazaa.

Oxygen checks the key against an online database so disconnect from the network before you apply the patch.

The only phones I've played with have been dct3 Nokias. I just have O2, Logomanager, Rolis and the Datasuite which covers most bases for me although I'm still looking for a java development kit. They all work with an mbus cable.

I'm sure some of the guys have some interesting apps for dct4's like the 3510i tho.

Logomanager claim to be compatible with your phone alothough it only does black n white. The data-connection settings are also in the Tools>Options bit...

You can get the commercial ones off Kazaa. The Datasuite and Rolis are freely available on the web. You can find em in Google.

I'll take a shuftie and post a couple of links up later.

Lol! :D I doubt my boss would agree with that one!

----------------------

Hmm... not sure if this is the right datasuite but you can try it in the meantime to see what it does! It seems to be the only one on the Nokia site.

Data-Sweet! (http://www.nokia.com/cda1/0,1080,2641,00.html)

Some nimrod has been flooding Google with rip-off ringtone sites which wrongly use keywords like 'software' and 'tools' so it's quite difficult to search at the mo. I'll post back when I find a better suite.

You can get a few techie tools here (http://www.gsm-technology.com/gsm.php/en,download,subpage_id,free_software,subsubpage_id ,Nokia.html) for unlocking and stuff. Not all of them will work but be careful with the ones that do! But then again, even Oxygen can mangle your phone if you don't use it with a full brain :D
