1. How can you transfer recordings made using the Voice Recorder, to PC??
2. How do you delete radio stations that are no longer needed in the memory?? there's no delete option!

I'm not sure about that one :/
Generally if there isn't a delete option then you can only get rid of it by overwriting a new station on top of the one you don't want.
If you're planning to keep the phone for a while, (at least until the buttons start dropping off as they tend to do on the 8310) then I'd reccomend getting a hold of a datacable.
Oxygen Phone Manager 2 will let you back up, organise and delete most things on your phone. Including the radiostations. A cable is also the easiest way to send files to a PC.
The only other way to get the voice recordings onto yer computer would be to put the earpiece up against the PC microphone and use Windows Sound Recorder. It's a bit clumsy but it'll get the job done.

i tried a datacable once, too fiddly and too much trouble to get it connected to the fone, i heard the infrared can be used if you buy a USB Infrared Adapter

IR is always an option! You can probably pick up an adapter for 30 beans or so.
While it's more expensive it also has advantages. Your computer can communicate with any kind of IR device in range. Wheras a 8310 cable only fits an 8310.
