Blind Faith:
1.The total inability of theists to see the absurdity or danger or negative influence of their belief systems, no matter how clearly it is demonstrated to them or how closely it is waved in front of their face.

2.Seeing things that aren't there, such as invisible sky pixies and magical events called "miracles".

Casino
A monstrous vampire in the shape of a big gaudy building, which feeds upon gullible people who tend to perceive patterns in randomness. (see also: church)

Genesis Shuffle
The belief by fundamentalist theists that science and scientific evidence is irrelevant because when they say something from their religion is true, that makes the entire Universe and all evidence and Natural Laws magically rearrange themselves to fit whichever particular myth they are claiming is God's word.

Where all the sane, rational people go when they die, as punishment for being sane and rational.
An imaginary place that anyone can supposedly get to no matter how good they are if they simply refuse to acknowledge the existence of an imaginary God. (see stick definition #12)
Where people go for the company AND the climate.
Somewhere unpleasant, which is usually defined as being very hot and where lots of bad stuff happens. (see Middle East)

The name of a character in series of books for young readers, who, despite being honest and ethical, is believed by many Christians to be a threat to the salvation of children everywhere.
The name of the Commanding Officer in the popular TV show, M*A*S*H. (if we're going by last names only :))



Lord of the Rings

Fantasy epic which, despite having way more sorcery and evil creatures than the Harry Potter series, is not perceived by Christian fanatics as a threat to anyone's salvation. This is possibly due to the fact that the author, J.R.R. Tolkien, was known to be a Christian apologist.
