Faulty Ringtone

the ringtone i sent for off this site is faulty and keeps freezin up my mobile whenever i click on tones and try to change the ringtone. i have to take the battery out in order to turn it off. the ringtone was THE GREAT ESCAPE and i also sent for a logo which worked.

well cp123 ive just tried sending that tone to my mobile , recieved fine and played fine :D
so it isnt the tone that is faulty

I Too have had a faulty tone " JLo,jenny from the block"
Its stops quarter way threw:( then re-bleeps and starts again,not quite the same from when i listen to it b4 i got it !!!

i dont no whether it is my phone but the problem only started after i got the ringtone, now i cannot play games on it or access the internet.

as i have already said

i have tried this ringtone on my phone as soon as u posted about it being the cause of the fault on your phone and it works great on mine
u cant say that one of our ringtones has caused this problem , if you have not taken it anywhere to be looked at then im guessing u dont know wether your phone is faulty :D

08cheekylady - ringtones are sent in a special text message. some tones have to be shortened to fit, but this does not mean they are faulty - they're just shorter.
