Faulty Ringtone
the ringtone i sent for off this site is faulty and keeps freezin up my mobile whenever i click on tones and try to change the ringtone. i have to take the battery out in order to turn it off. the ringtone was THE GREAT ESCAPE and i also sent for a logo which worked.

this problem only started after i got the ringtone, now i can't access games or the internet,

i wud b grateful 4 any replies

I apologies that none of the help offered hacs been acceptable to you, however we have sections on our message boards so that the information is posted in the right place so that the right people reply to it. Usually replies take place in the evening.

I have sent the particluar tone to myself and 5 of my friends we all have different nokia phones and it seems to be OK and does not cause a problem with any of them, which leads me to the conclusion that it is possible that your phone is faulty.

i dont care bout ppls opinions of the phone sorry if its not up 2 ur high standards /tastes u shud tell that 2 the ppl who bought it 4 me 4 xmas im sure they wud like 2 no that they paid gud money 4 a rubbish phone rite.

we have replied to your posts about your phone

and also 5 people have tested that same tone on there phones
which work fine after the tone is saved on there phone

so im guessing your just to **** to listen to our advise

that it is YOUR PHONE THAT IS FAULTY

NOT THE RINGTONE

Hi

Nokia phones will not accept faulty ringtones. If a ringtone is malformed then the Nokia simply ignores it and never even bothers to notify you it arrived.

Software problems are frequent in phones. Your phone could cost £1 or £500, but still have a software problem. If the phone is new (and therefore under warranty) you should contact your network immediately to demand a free inspection and repair. Almost all mobile phones come with a free 12 month warranty, so if this was a Christmas present you should be fine.

Isnt it SAD ........... theres nice ppl out there to help us,and given out advice,then theres ppl whom are rude and un-pollite.These voluteers are helping out,just think about how ya word stuff before typing it:mad:
