i'm onine at home. reset firewall yada yada yada, but still can't get in... little help please.

check Java is enabled

Tools > Internet Options > Security > Custom Level > Active Scripting (near end) > Enable

If that doesn't work then there's a Firewall or similar interfering with it (possibly a popup blocker)

So disable any firewalls/popup/advert blockers you have

try with security settings set to low
