nah BUT you do get a text to tell you that you will be charged for them :D
Usually every other month you will be emailed to say that there is an offer

yes there is a way if you have a certain phone....?!
which phone have you got????
last month i used 312 messages and then they started charging me for them......i even sent one when i didnt have credit but after that i got a text that said i have used all my free texts.........but i could still use the wap.....a few days later i got a text which said i used my 300 free wap mins......but i can still go on it without it taking any credit off me(i havent got any credit at the moment though)
ive had problems in the past though where people ring me and its either gone straight to my voicemail or its just rang once then gone on to my voicemail.......and also it costs the person twice thats sending a message to you!!!
sometimes i dont receive my messages aswel......hope that helped

Once I phoned up o2 because i thought my free txts had ended before they shud hav, so I asked the guy how many I had left, so if ur really desperate to know, I guess u could phone up o2 but that's if ur REALLY desperate seeings as it's 50p a min, unless u use vicas method here (http://www.cbfmobile.com/boards/showthread.php?threadid=3870) which I wouldn't really reccommend!

O2 Customer Services
Planning on calling O2 Online Customer Services? Don't wanna pay the extreme 50p per min phone charges? then don't!!!
Call them for free....
Hi All,
This information was found out by Chris (Cool69) so you probably havent seen it anywhere appart from Hofo.
It allows you to call O2-UK customer care for free, yes FREE! why pay 50p per minute?
It works for my PAYG online sim and i think it works fine for normal PAYG aswell but i havent tried.
Anyway what you do is call 4444 (top up line). Listen to their information and wait til it asks you to press 1, instead press "0", it will tell you to press 1 again, now press "9", it will tell you that is incorrect and to press 1, press "9" again.
It should now say you have two options press "1" to speak to customer care or "2" to hang up. Obviously press "1".
You get through and the O2 customer care guy/gal tells you it will cost 50p per minute and then you talk to them about the problem you want sorting out or whatever you need to call customer care for, when you hang up your credit will still be the same as it was when you called, TA DA!!!
If you have 0p credit this will still work although once i was asked how I was paying for the call because obviously if you have no credit you cant afford thr 50p per minute line, tell them you are using a payphone and they will carry on. Ive only ever been asked this once in all the many times ive used this system so its very rare.
Enjoy~!

It works 100% for O2-Online, but i don't know anyone whos tried it on O2-UK... it's worth a go if you have NO Credit, after all u have NOTHIN to loose
