Where can I get a DCT3 calucator for the Nokia 3310?

I want to unlock my mum's Nokia 3310
But it is hard to find a DCT3 calucator
I found a DCT4 calucator

But the Nokia 3310 is a DCT3 phone
My mum is on T-Mobile by the way.

I can't remember where i downloaded the one i use. but try this (http://www.trycktill.com/eng/) one. I hvan't tried it personally as i don't have a dct3 from at the mo... but worth a go...
