let me tell you how these boards work

you post a message and then wait until someone replies to it
which may take 5 minutes or 5 hours , depending who is online at the time

and as for the answer to your question Yes People can apply to become volunteers , but not many are taken on as we have 100's of people applying :p

so you have to be dam good
