Orange are good :)

Does sound like they're making an effort.

Seems strange - recently they planned to re-introduce their £50 upgrade fee, a sign that they wanted to focus on high-spend customers. Now they turn around and offer a student plan. Hmm.

Customer Service has been dire of late, but during the last week or so seems to have improved dramatically. I still think of Orange as a very good network... despite waiting for my Nokia 6230 on Vodafone to be delivered! Of course, I'm still on Orange 3G.
