the amount of them that actually like O2 is rather quite large from what i can gather on another message board i've been lookin' at... they also "defend" the network, while there are a few on it (including myself) who will admit we've had problems with the network, that we hate it and have moved to other networks...

i think some of them really have had problems, they just dont want to admit it and would rather defend the network if a debate on O2 went on...

I think this can be said to be typical of all networks. A lot of customers develop quite strong brand loyalty. I guess it's just human nature. Companies spend massive budgets developing it as a way of retaining customers despite some of the trials they put them through!

Thankfully these days brand loyalty is fading somewhat. People appreciate that companies have only their shareholders interests at heart, not their own, and holding on to something just because you've 'always been with them' or they're marketing tells you the company 'cares' isn't going to get you the best deal or the best service.

most O2 PAYG (Online mostly) customers i've spoke to (on the net) had problems last year, i did too.... they seem to have had a very bad 2004 compared to the other networks....

which is why a lot of O2 customers are fed up and have moved/are moving to another network... :rolleyes:

i experienced everything from topup delays to text problems (including being charged when i'm not supposed to be) :shock:

I can't say I had any probs with O2 whatsoever.

Me neither always been great though will admit to few text not arriving probs or not receiving but usually ends up being my own fault as i haven't done something on phone i should have!!dilee:love:
