You have to call 0800 079 0006 before the 31st of October.

If I remember correctly they usually want the IMEI of the phone you're going to use it in plus your name and address, with date of birth, a password and a PIN for security.

I think you can activate the sim anytime on that number if its just a regular payg sim pack (dunno cos never got mine lol)

by the way , she asked where did i buy my phone and i said vodafone but i had it unlocked ( in the town ) , but not by vodafone ( of course i just told her i had it unlocked , but not by vodafone ) , will she be able to do anything to my phone about that?
