confused about Chat rooms..

Ok before you go into the chatroom below the sign in and next to the helpers thingy it says:
Every night from 7PM join us in room CBFChat! Regular users and hosts will be on hand to answer any questions you may have. Hosts' names start with an @, and can be trusted for help and info!!

But when you click the link to go to this forum it says hosted chats started at 8pm! Which time is right?

Hmm theres usually hosts there at either of those times so any one I spose :D probably more people in around 8pm though
