When i ring the top up line to check my balance on my txts etc it tells me i have 300 minutes of WAP left. But if i have 300 minutes left - why am i being charged for it?

if it says you have 300 mins of wap, then it is refering to CSD wap (or dial-up wap).
Im guessing you are connecting via GPRS which is not billed per minute, but per Kb or Mb

This is the old type wap via CSD you will need to change you option to give you 1mb free GPRS Wap via the bolt-on number 2425... Then next month it will give you free gprs and not the CSD old wap which you are not using
