hey i just joined this tariff on 02 and i topped up by 15 quid ect... but wen i made my first call it charged me? ( to another 02 mobile ), then it says use ur fone for 3 or more minutes to qualify for the charges to fall or sumthing.
does this mean i hav to use my fone for 3 minutes every day before i actually get to use my minutes?

it can take up to 48hrs to be switched over to this tariff. and the minutes are only evening and weekends. altho it is the weekend at the mo, u may still have to wait the 48 hrs

i cant find nothing tht says about having to use 3 minutes first and im still getting charged grrr:confused:

ring them and sort it out then, not much more any of us can do here. oh and no u dont have to use ur phone for 3 mins until u get ur free mins, im on the same tariff

ok jacko , thx thts all i really needed to know , cus i wasnt sure if it was just me or everyone tht got charged for the first 3 mins , but since it aint supposed to happen , ill give then a call :) thx

I know that there was an evening call i made around 7.30pm i did get charged for it however when i made a call later that night (sumwhere between 10pm - 1am) it was free so i guess the time scale of evening calls may not be the same as that of the Off peak/peak rate time scales

last nite my calls were free and now they are charging me again. is this ment to happen then?

is it exactly the same time as the calls u made the other night? if so, give them a ring and have another moan. i dunno what could be going on to be honest. the tariff seems to work fine for me tho!

hey i rang them up and they apolijized saying tht there was just a problem with new people signing up to the tariff and hav now refunded me 40p!!! lol but now they r free :D
