I topped up two days ago and still haven't recieved my 300 free texts, how long does it normally take you guys to get yours?

aye lol, i normally get them later in the day, dunno what happened. When i call 4444 it says i have 0 minutes, 0 messages and 0mb of gprs.

well i suggest u send them an email ( its the free way lmao ) , and whine like mad saying like where its my bloody messages!!! i need to txt my...mummy!!!! , give me my messages!!!!
btw i would like 5 pounds in componsation :) lol

Mine are pretty much straight away, although in the booklet it does say something about 24 hours.

Mine just started this morning, which was my top up date - although the last time I topped up was Thursday.

phoned customer services this morning, the girl was really apologetic but didn't really know why i didn't get my texts. all sorted now though, she refunded me £5 credit for my losses.

right now i am emailing 02 about the jjoining treats , i joined it and got a confirmation txt saying tht i now hav my free blot-on , so i rang sumone last night and it charged me , and it was to an 02 mobile , so now i am trying to get my money back lol
