My d500 died on me today (actually i broke it lol but let's not dwell on that), i aint got much money for a new one so reading your post got me excited til i clicked on the link n saw the picture... technically and price-wise that's a good find but not for me - i'm a bit of a puff when it comes to style and that thing (as with 99% of nokias) is just plain ugly!!!

ive always found the camera in this phone very very poor , it says 1.3 mp , but certainly does not have the quality of other 1.3's like th D500 as such , although the 6630's ive looked at were all on 3 , but i nt think that would have made a difference

The 6630 is a blokes phone and as such the styling of it is manly, as opposed to the very feminine D500 you previously had, the 6630 is a a top notch phone and in the right hands will outclass pretty much anything else on the market.

As to the camera quality, I've compared it to loads of other 1.3mp cam phones including the D500 and the 6630 was easily as good if not better in every case, I do however see people taking a lot of poor quality pics with the 6630, and this is mostly caused by taking pictures indoors or in low light, there is a very obvious and simple solution to this problem - press the 1 button on the phone to activate night mode, and try keeping your hand still while taking the pic as too many people wave there phone about, alas I conclude the 6630 is only as good as the person using it. :D
