Both fine for me.
Truly excellent progress into how mobile phone tariffs should be. It's unreasonable for phone tariffs to offer static straight-jackets of minutes. It makes much more sense for the montly credit to be usable in one of the multitude of mobile services now available such as SMS. I'd like to see the tariffs extended to include MMS, data and on-portal purchases, though, and until that happens I'll only go as far as saying this is a half baked pie.
The value on offer is very good though, it's going to be very interesting to see how many people take up these new tariffs.

Not a bad tarrif, especially with text messages at 1.9 each. I doubt very much I still change from O2 Online tho.
