TRy and search on yahoo for ty100 unlocking software. Or do u not need an unlocking clip

I am unsure if the cable that comes with it is able to unlock the phone, and please be careful about some of the phone software you download, I got a T100 - T108 software upgrade and it was full of viruses, not sure whether they would have damaged the phone but made a mess of my PC

I think it is an unlocking clip u need and make sure u download the software from a professional site like cbfmobile and make sure it has a paid domain otherwise it will probs be full of viruses

An unlocking clip doesn't need any software, you simply plug it into the bottom of the phone, leave it there for a few seconds, take it out, and voila, you're phone is unlocked! Look here (http://www.unlocking.f9.co.uk/t100clip.htm) for more info.....you can usually get them on ebay for about £20 - 30, but it's easier to go to your local market phone stall or independent phone shop if you have one, they will do it for about a tenner.

That t100 unlocking kit is £45 so i suppose its really only useful if ure rich or have a business to unlock phones!

Just got rid of my t100 and went back to my Nokia, it looks the part but Samsung have a lot to learn when it comes to making mobiles, had the A 300 as well, which is quite a nice phone but found that to also be infuriatingly tedious to use, its got to be said that Samsungs predictive text is amongst the worst going, and made sending messages so much of a chore that in the end I stopped using the phone.

I agree wiv u, overall Nokia Phones are the best to have,
the Samsung phones look nice and cool to have, but have the worst features, and are hard to work with.
Go Nokia!!!!!

I must be bloody brains of britain then i have no trouble at all with the Samsung features and the predictive text. I think it is great not only do you have the colour screen and utterly cool tones but you have nokia tones, operator logos and picture messages.

The t100 polyphonic ringtones are really cool. i know some nokias like the 7210 and 3510 have poly tones now aswell. The T100 has really cool games

lol a small child could work there way round most mobiles these days so it doesn't quite quallify you as the brains of Britain yet :) , I think you misunderstood what I was saying, I didn't say that I was unable to work the Samsung phones, I just found using them far to tedious, the predictive text is shockingly bad compared to that of Nokias, and isn't woth using also especially bad on the A 300 was the buttons they are far too squishy and unresponsive, also on the a A 300 you couldn't have vibrate and ring on at the same time, best you could have was 3 sets of vibrations then it would ring, this made missing calls all too common, I'm not saying they are necissarily bad phones they are just a little poorly thought out, and somewhat lacking in finesse, I mean a coloured screen is nice but at the end of the day if thats the best thing about the phone then its a gimick, Samsung have spent a little to much time on looks and forgot the basic rules of a mobile..........functionality and ease of use.
PS this is only my experience of Samsung phones, I'm sure others get on fine with them, its all a matter of choice I guess :)
