Hi all. Right, I upgraded yesterday to the Flext plan but when I ring up to check my balance information it still is saying the old price plan I was on. Usually today (7th) is when my allowance is reset so I would of thought that the change over would just be done today but it hasn't.

Anyone got any ideas how long it takes to switch over?

im not sure tbh but i think there maybe they have a backlog with T Mobile and Flext because of so many people changing to it

But im sure one of the guys will know alittle more ... lol

Ah right! There were queues of people in the shops yesterday wanting it, damn popular!

Can't complain tho, they gave me a free phone and 25% off line rental. :)

Heidi's right, Flext has been a massive victim of it's own success lately with T-Mobile pulling dealer commissions in order to calm things down. Give them a little time and then get on to customer services if it doesn't all get worked out.

Ah right cheers Ben, ill give them a ring tommorow if it hasn't changed yet. Its saying im still on my old price plan now so if im sending txts now theyll just come out of that wont they? And then when it changes to Flext ill still have the full allowance?
