Mobiluck

I installed mobiluck, until the trial ran out, so i got rid of it.

But now i have )02 at the the beginning of my bluetooth name! And i cant get rid of it!

I cant even change my bluetooth name!

Anyway to get rid of this problem? Its really annoying!

i have access to a card reader and usb lead if that helps

Have you got FExplorer?

If not get it, then do this:

Open FExplorer up
Go to C:\ or E:\ (depends whether you stored the mobiluck, C:\ for phone memory, E:\ for memory card)

Go into System, and then Apps.

Check to see if there are any files left by mobiluck.

i deleted some file which was 10kb and its done!

Yup when it comes to S60 apps fexplorer is basically the daddy, unfortunately it doesn't change the screensaver, theres plenty screensaver apps and the like out there, but its worth noting that screensavers are lame and will shorten your phones battery life. :)

on what network, my dad has ordered his on vodafone, but im worried he wont be lucky enough to get one of the earlier handsets which isnt locked to vodafone or anything

Mine is on Vodafone also, if he's already ordered it then it'll most likely be unbranded, the only Vodafone branding mine has is on the box it came in, my mate got one on Orange yesterday and its branded unfortunately. :)
