Well, their network is rubbish. Dropped calls are more common than on the other networks and, judging by the plethora of comments online, problems are frequent.

Also, their customer services are rubbish. They're based in Mumbai and have vertully no power to do anything to help you should a problem arise.

Go with T-Mobile Flext for a contract offering, or Vodafone's new Pre-Paid tariff with free weekends for Pay as you Go :)

Could be worth looking to see if the phone is available SIM free, they are often slightly more expensive but you have the ability to chose your own network and tariff without having to worry about getting the phone unlocked etc..

O2 and Vodafone have SIM-Only contracts, Orange don't and T-Mobile used to and may still do deals direct over the phone depending on what you're after.

One other thing I forgot about 3 - the data access mess. You can't just hop onto wap or the web on Three, there are complications, limitations and bundles that need to be set up.

What phone has caught your eye? The LG U400?

O2 are just as bad ;) I moved over to Orange from O2 and let it be known that O2 or 3 wont get a penny off me again :D

I don't know if this post is comic genius or the work of a Norman Bates style split personality, but weren't you singing the praises of O2 just a few weeks ago? :p

I'm on contract and change sim about every 3 months but I still sing the praises of only one network, thats called being consistent. ;)
