havent recieved logo

hi! i hope u can help me.. ive sent 2 text messages to ur companies 2 mobile numbers usin 2 different gateways BUT i still havent recieved my logo. i have had my delivery reports to ur fone.

the session tracking says my logo has been sent BUT i havent recieved it. could you please see wots goin on and resend it to me.

i hav got a nokia 8310 fone.
the logo number was 'Logo 1700636'

please check and send it to me.. itz for my friendz bday.. please..

ur help will be really appreciated.

There are no problems that we are aware of. You really need to email support via the FAQ in help so that they can take your number and look into it further.

i did notice the other day when i sent my logo that gateway 1 on the 07786 204404 number didn't send my logo but said i'd received it, i changed to gateway 2 on the same number and got it straight away.

i hardly ever use the extra number.:D

yeh.. ive tried both fone numbers.. and both gateways.. but still nothin..

can any one tell me wot else i can do? or if u cud send me the logo i'd be so grateful..
