no logo!

I have downloaded a ring tone on my new phone tonight the nokia 3510I but Ive tried to download a simpsons logo 3 times and nothing as come through even though its been delivered is there anyone that can explain why Ive done all the ususal checks!!! :)

It's unlikely that it's a problem with the logo itself. Is the 3510i definately compatible with operator logos? :confused:

A good old turn-off-turn-on again can sometimes do the trick.

Hi ben! well I tried it again nothing! then I tried gate 2 and the same problem but 2 hours later my logo come through! :@) its probably the nokia 3510 phone or virgin network!!!

ooo you're on Virgin?

And you say you got it on Gate 2? Virgin users frequently have problems - let us know if Gate 2 works regularly for you and I'll try and make someone put all Virgin ones through Gate 2. Give Gate 1 another test as well - the SMS Gateways change regularly.

Hi Ben well I did another test on gate 1 still nothing but gate 2 is still fine!!! but ringtones are no problem on gate 1

My mate has my old phone the 3310 and he can download both ringtones and logos through gate one it must be my new phone! :)
