Phone Insurance?

Does anyone know anything about getting insurance for your mobile? I know with Orange,who i'll probably go with, you can get some kind of 'phone-care' dealy,but i'm not sure what it includes. Basically i want some insurance that if i drop or lose my phone(regular accurances) i can get a shiney new one straight up.

Loss
Theft (including theft from an unattended vehicle)
Accidental damage
Water damage

Thanks for that. Didn't realise it was that cheap. Although,looking at the website,not sure if i cant trust it :P
