Below are some common error messages. If what you're looking for is not here, visit the FAQ. Most errors are caused by an incompatible web browser and computer setup. Commonly, disabling a firewall, reducing your Privacy settings, and allowing cookies will allow full site usage.

Sorry but direct linking to Categories is not allowed.
You cannot enter the URL direct to a category of ringtones or logos. You must instead visit CBFMobile.com, select Tones or Logos, and then select the category you want. If you did this and still got this error, then you may have a browser which is not compatible. Try upgrading it, or using a different computer to access the website.
Invalid Ringtone/Logo or Logo/Ringtone not found. Sorry, this logo/ringtone cannot be found in our database.
We manage the largest online database of ringtones and logos in the world. Unfortunately, sometimes the database is inaccurate. Hopefully the problem will be automatically corrected next time the database is rebuilt - please be patient and try another item.
Invalid Ringtone/Logo ID
You will receive this error if the ID assigned to your selection is invalid. In this case, you will not be able to send the ringtone or logo. The problem should be automatically corrected over time, but you may wish to let us know on the Message Boards or in Chat.
Invalid Mobile Number
The system will usually give a brief reason why your mobile number was rejected - for example, mobile number too short. Unfortunately you will not be able to send to the number you want to. Ensure you entered the number correctly.
You failed to select a Mobile Network
You need to go back and select a suitable mobile network, including Unknown if you don't know. If you are certain you selected a mobile network then your web browser may be incompatible with this service. Try upgrading it, or use the site from another PC.
This session is already awaiting your text message
This means that we are waiting to receive a text message from you for what you have selected. Go back to CBFMobile.com and try another ringtone or logo, or check the status of your requests at Session Status.
Cannot send to this country
The technology we use means our system is limited to UK users.
