CBFMobile allows you to send ringtones and logos to your mobile phone - the system works by giving you a code for your selection, and asking you to text it to us. CBFMobile then replies to the text with the ringtone or logo you requested on the website.

CBFMobile promises that it will do all that it considers reasonably possible to deliver your ringtone or logo to you. However, CBFMobile reminds you that although you have sent a text message to us in order to request your ringtone or logo, you have not paid CBFMobile anything for this service. CBFMobile guarantees that it will not charge you anything - you will only pay your normal text message cost to your network, which will be free for some people, and up to about 10p for others.

CBFMobile does not guarantee the delivery of ringtones and logos. If you do not receive ringtones and logos from us after several attempts then please let us know via the FAQ. You will also need to get in touch with your mobile phone network and let them know. We offer a "Session Status" section as a guide to your recent activity on the site, which may help you locate problems.
